    Kenya Holidays to Masai Mara (3 Days)

    Tourists

    Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara

    After breakfast, we will pick you up from your place of accommodation. Thereafter depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve, stopping at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley and at Narok town for lunch.

    Arrive in time for a late afternoon game drive at the park, which is essentially the northern extension of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park as an artificial border only separates the two.

    Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge or camp-site.

    Day 2: Masai Mara

    Early breakfast followed by a full day of game drives within the reserve. The Masai Mara is famous for its black maned lions, elephants and buffalo that make three out of the "big five" though luck is essentials for spotting the other two namely park’s animal concentration and abundance is second to none.

    We will cater for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool where with luck you may spot crocodiles basking on the rocks.

    Numerous plains game including antelopes, wildebeest, zebra, Masai giraffe can be seen as well as scavengers like hyena and vulture. Rest of the meals and overnight stay at a lodge or camp-site.

    Day 3: Masai Mara - Nairobi

    After breakfast and your last game drive, depart the Mara region for Nairobi with lunch en route, arriving in the late afternoon / early evening.

    Kenya Safari to Amboseli (3 Days)

    Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli

    After breakfast, we will pick you up from your place of accommodation. Thereafter depart for Amboseli National Park arriving in time for an afternoon game drive via Namanga border town for lunch.

    Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge or camp-site.

    Day 2: Amboseli

    After breakfast, proceed for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. Return to the camp or lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, proceed for another game drive where plains game namely zebra, wildebeest, giraffe and various antelopes can be seen.

    Secretary Bird

    You will have a lunch and leisure break at the lodge or camp-site then end with an evening game drive, looking out for the peak of Kilimanjaro which may be seen during clear weather from the observation hill.

    Large herd of elephants and hippo can be seen bathing in swamp ground whose water source is Mt. Kilimanjaro.

    Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge or camp-site.

    Day 3: Amboseli - Nairobi

    Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After a late breakfast depart Amboseli for Nairobi with lunch en route. Arrive in the early evening.

    Kenya Safari to Masai Mara & Lake Nakuru (4 Days)

    Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara

    After breakfast, we will pick you up from your place of accommodation then depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve. There will be a stop at the viewpoint of the Great Rift whose view of the valley below is splendidly panoramic and another stop for lunch and re-fuelling at Narok town.

    On arrival proceed on a game drive in this world-famous reserve, due to its high animal concentration and abundance and its yearly seasonal migration of wildebeest and zebra.

    Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge or camp-site.

    Day 2: Masai Mara

    After breakfast, proceed for a day of tracking game with your guide. All the big five may be seen namely elephant, buffalo and lion; the sighting of rhino and leopard which make the total five cannot be guaranteed as they are few in number, very shy and elusive.

    Break for your leisurely picnic lunch at the hippo pool. Towards the day’s end, return to lodge / camp-site for dinner and an overnight stay.

    Day 3: Masai Mara - Nakuru

    Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast depart for Nakuru for dinner and overnight at a lodge or camp-site, lunch en route. While on the highway, Mt. Longonot (which is of volcanic origin) and Lake Naivasha can be seen from afar.

    Day 4: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi

    After breakfast proceed on a game drive in the nearby Lake Nakuru National Park which has a fantastic array of bird life including flamingos, white pelicans and the marabou stork, all water birds, that breed in the lake’s alkaline waters.

    You may spot white rhino and the rare Rothschild’s giraffe that has five horns instead of the usual three and clear instead of spotted shanks (legs).

    A visit to the baboon cliff offers a scenic panorama of the lake below, surrounded by a vast tract of euphorbia and acacia forest. Makalia falls within the park are an additional attraction.

    After lunch return to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon/ early evening.

    Kenya Safari to Lake Nakuru & Samburu (4 days)

    A Hyena

    Day 1: Nairobi - Nakuru

    Amid morning pick up from your place of accommodation will be followed by departure for Nakuru, stopping at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley.

    After lunch proceed for a game-drive within Lake Nakuru National Park to view flamingos, other water birds and various species of plains game with excellent chances for spotting the white rhino as the park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of this rare animal which is an endangered species.

    Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge or camp-site.

    Day 2: Lake Nakuru - Samburu

    After breakfast depart for Samburu Game Reserve for dinner and overnight at the lodge or camp-site, via the Thomson Falls and Nanyuki town foe lunch, game drive en route.

    Day 3: Samburu

    Morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu with a lunch and leisure break at the lodge or camp-site in mid afternoon. Samburu is north of the equator and contains rare, drought resistant animal species, which go for long periods of time without water.

    These include the reticulated giraffe, grevy’s zebra, the blue-shanked Somali ostrich, the gerenuk or giraffe gazelle and the beisa oryx. Rest of the meals and overnight at a lodge or camp-site.

    Day 4: Samburu - Nairobi

    Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast depart for Nairobi with lunch en route. In clear weather the peak of Mt. Kenya may be seen and you will by-pas very pleasant countryside with coffee and tea plantations. Arrive in the evening.

    Mara Animals

    Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara

    After breakfast, we will pick you up from your place of accommodation. Depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve, stopping at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley and at Narok town for lunch.

    Arrive in time for a late afternoon / early evening game drive in this "big game country' famed worldwide for its high animal concentration, abundance and variety.

    Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge or camp-site.

    Day 2: Masai Mara

    Rhinos and Storks

    Early breakfast then proceed for a full day of tracking game with your guide in this park whose landscape is savannah grassland on rolling hills.

    Virtually every type of animal is found in the Mara, which has an extensive road, and track network, which allows excellent photography and viewing opportunities, making it the best and most visited park in Kenya. We will cater for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool. In the evening, drive back to the lodge / camp-site for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 3: Masai Mara

    Early breakfast followed by a morning game drive. Lunch at the lodge or camp-site. Afternoon option game drive or nature walk with our Masai guides; at extra cost you may visit a local Maasai village to see their nomadic lifestyle. All activities will end in the evening then retire for the night after dinner at a lodge or camp-site.

    Day 4: Masai Mara - Nakuru

    Early cup of tea or coffee then proceed on your final pre-breakfast game drive. Return to the lodge or camp-site for a late breakfast then depart the Mara region for Nakuru, with lunch enroute.

    Ostrich

    Day 5: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi

    After breakfast proceed on a game drive in Nakuru Park, which has prolific bird life including flamingo, white pelicans and the marabou stork among others. Waterbuck and Cape buffalo can be seen near the shoreline.

    Rothschild’s giraffe and the white rhino are additional attractions among other species of plains and cats like lion. With luck you may spot leopard which is rather elusive. Lunch in Nakuru then depart for Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.
